    If you have an issue relating to your purchased product, please place a claim clicking on the button below.

     

    To facilitate the efficient processing of your request, kindly provide the mandatory information needed to assess your claim. Failure to provide may result in the denial or delay or processing your claim.

    • Date of purchase
    • Include a photo of your receipt and/or a screenshot of your order confirmation, ensuring the date of purchase is visible
    • If your item is a gift or from a registry, kindly submit a photo of the registry and/or shipping notification
    • Serial number of your product (refer to the FAQ page on Stokke.com if you are unsure where to find this information)
    • Photos/videos illustrating the fault
    • A brief description of the fault and how it occurred
    • Please provide your mailing address for the shipment of any replacement parts, along with your telephone number in case we need to contact you

    Stokke warranty coverage does not extend to open-box items bought from marketplaces or third-party resellers such as goodbuy gear. Any warranty claims for such purchases must be initiated directly through the respective reseller.
