Shipping
We only ship to the country in which you reside. We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within two business days of the order being placed and take 3-7 business days to arrive by standard shipping. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can all delay the shipment of your order.

For us to process the return you are required to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us. These are the steps needed when returning a product:
No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. The original or express shipping charges are non refundable. If you received a damaged item, have missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact us at info-usa@stokke.com or toll free at 1.877.978.6553. Incorrect or merchandise damaged from shipping, may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale and not returnable.
