  • Stokke® Yoga™ baby Bouncer & Swing combines both swinging and bouncing movements, allowing you to soothe and stimulate your baby while supporting motor development and coordination.  And with three recline positions, it adapts to every stage of your baby’s growth, starting from the smallest newborn. The closest thing to being in your arms, Stokke® Yoga™ mimics the gentle rhythm of being held, offering comfort, security, and essential development. And it allows parents some hands free time as well.

  • Yes, the premium and user-friendly design of Stokke® Yoga™ makes it a natural fit for everyday family life with a newborn. With breathable cotton for comfort and temperature control, three recline options, 5-point harness with a quick-release button and a removable newborn cushion for highest comfort —it’s thoughtfully designed to accommodate even the tiniest newborns and adjust as they grow.

  • The easy to remove fabric, 5-point harness and shoulder straps are machine-washable at 40°C (104°F).​ The wood and base plate can be cleaned with a dry damp cloth.  

  • A baby bouncer should not be used as sleeping space. While it is safe for short periods of play or resting or calming down, it is essential to place or move your baby in a crib or bassinet for sleep to reduce the risk of suffocation or positional asphyxia.

  • The weight limit is 11kg (Europe only) or 9 kg. 

  • Setting up Stokke® Yoga™ is quick and easy—simply snap in the pole and adjust it to the perfect position.​ Stokke® Yoga™ disassembles into two parts that fold flat for easy storage, making it convenient to keep at home or pack in the car trunk for traveling.​

  • Stokke® Yoga™ is the first of its kind, featuring innovative dual-motion technology that offers both natural bouncing and swinging movements. Developed with input from physiotherapists, it’s designed to soothe or stimulate little ones as well as support their development.  

    It stands out from the market as it offers parents a versatile two-in-one product.   • Stokke® Yoga™ is made with FSC®-certified Beechwood legs, a breathable, soft and flexible mesh textile which is a unique combination of a cotton layer on top with a polyester fabric underneath. It releases excess heat and keeps your baby cool, without sacrificing on the touch & feel. The base is made with stable and durable plastics (PA6 with glass fiber).  

  • Babies and toddlers naturally seek activities that support their sense of balance and spatial awareness. Stimulating their body is key to developing motor skills, as well as learning to sit, crawl, and maintain posture—it can even help calm them when they’re upset!​ 

    Bouncing is great for stimulating babies.​

  • This icon’s name is inspired by the tradition of yoga - a gentle movement practice that relaxes and stimulates the body.​ 

    And that is what Stokke® Yoga™ does for little ones! This dual- movement bouncer can both soothe and stimulate newborns, while also encouraging movement that aids their development.​ 

    The shape of the bouncer is also reminiscent of Child’s Pose, an important resting posture in Yoga.​ 

  • Stokke® Yoga™ has 3 positions, designed to support babies through different development stages.​ 

    Lower position  

    • Usually used with the newborn inlay​ 
    • Nearly flat ​ 
    • Recommended for newborns, as they need to lie down often​ 

    Middle position ​ 

    • Can be used with or without the newborn inlay​ 
    • For growing babies starting to observe their surroundings and interact 

    Higher position​ 

    • Should be used without the newborn inlay ​ 
    • Designed for older babies​ 
    • Encourages play and movement

    Therefore, the Stokke® Yoga™ baby Bouncer & Swing is made with FSC®-certified wood. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) is an international non-profit organization that promotes responsible management of the world’s forests.  

  • No, we should look at the weight limit. As babies grow, their weight increases at different rates, and this can vary from one child to another. Generally, babies can reach a weight range of 9 kg to 11 kg between the ages of 7 to 12 months. However, it's important to note that individual growth patterns may differ, and some babies may fall outside of this typical range. 

  • The reclining angle of the seat depends on the baby's weight.  

    Unloaded:

  • It’s generally best to avoid using a swing or bounce motion immediately after your child has eaten. It is usually a good idea to wait at least some time after feeding before using the swing or engaging in any bouncing activities. Of course, every baby is different, so if your little one seems comfortable, you can adjust based on their reactions. 

  • The product doesn't have a specific height limit, but parents should ensure they check the weight limit of 11kg (Europe only) or 9 kg/20 lbs (US) 

    It’s also important to stop using the bouncer when the baby’s head is higher than the seat frame or when they can place their feet flat on the ground, as these are signs that the baby has outgrown the product.
